A UX Engineer and I completed this project during a 4-day company hackathon. We wanted to explore the idea of an assistive dialog series for new users to the Pulumi SaaS focused on driving actions predictive of long-term success with the platform. The launch of this experience grew the percentage of daily active users in organizations from 29% to 50%.
